Our Return Policy
At Ultimate Crystal Awards, we are confident that our products will meet or exceed your expectations, but to ensure our customers complete satisfaction we offer a 10-day replacement or return on all online purchases for products that have defects or damaged. Custom etched awards that are deemed without defects or undamaged cannot be returned. Our packaging was designed with transit via UPS in mind. All goods leave our factory undamaged and are shipped at buyer's risk. All breakage or loss claims must be made within 10 calendar days. Claims for breakage will not be accepted without authorization. A Return Authorization number is required before we can process a replacement of damaged or defective products. Contact Customer Service as soon as you realize there’s a problem with your order by calling 714.658.5824 or via email. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Choosing your own carrier will release Ultimate Crystal Awards from all responsibility for damage/breakage claims. Claims for third party shipments must be made with carrier directly. Returns for damaged merchandise are accepted only when accompanied by a return authorization number issued by Customer Service. We reserve the right to inspect actual production pieces.
